
Soft play creates a safe and stimulating enviroment for children ages 0-5 years. Soft play helps with development of gross motor skills and social skills all while having fun.
We can set up anywhere!! Home, Venue or park on grass, turf or cement. We do not set up on dirt or black asphalt. We are approved vendors in the city of Chula Vista, City of La Mesa, City of Santee & Santee Lakes. Clients are responsible for getting the required permit for the use of soft play and/or bounce house in a public park. We do require everyone to send us a copy of your permit that shows approval of a bounce house and/or soft play before your event date. Please also keep in mind that most parks do not have outlets for the bounce houses, and you may need to rent a generator from us. We are licensed and insured so if you need a certificate of insurance please let me know.

As long as there is not a party after yours and as long as you accept the adjusted quote then you can keep the equipment longer. I ask that you contact me an hour before your pick up time.
We will arrive at least one hour before your event to set up or at an agreed set up time. Set up time will not take away from your booking time. If there are any restrictions that may delay the set up time such as stairs, lack of parking, etc please let us know prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly.
Paytons play zone reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance your deposit will be refunded to you.
There is a standard California sales tax rate of 7.75% applied to all invoices and there will also be a delivery fee of $50 if you are over 15 miles from 92113. I charge a $100 damage fee for equipment with face paint on it. I also charge $100 if there are any signs of animals on softplay equipment. I no longer set up on dirt. If we show up and you're having us set up on dirt there will be a cleaning $100 cleaning fee.
There will be a $50 deposit to reserve your date and time. Your event is not locked in until you have paid the deposit. Please pay the deposit within 48 hours of booking your party.
We provide delivery and setup services for all of our rentals. Our team will deliver and set up all equipment, ensuring that everything is in place and ready to go before your event starts. We also provide pickup and cleanup services after your event is over.
